Program Learning Outcomes. The goal of this scholarly doctoral program is to provide expertise and practical application for those serving in Christian schools. The applicant may work on a doctoral program in one of the following areas: Curriculum and Instruction or Educational Leadership. Program Structure. Phd Programs In Christian Leadership
- Four one week, three-course hybrid modules (part online, part resident) over a period of two years
- Residencies offered at both St. Davids, PA and Parchment Valley, WV
- One colloquium and responding reflection paper
- Summative Project Thesis significant for the ministry of the student in her or his setting that will benefit others in ministry.
- The oral defense and submission of the Project complete the requirements of the program
